License Ordering

All ICAS Automation modules are licensed and assigned to a unique license key, directly tied to the Serial Number of your Fibaro Home Center 3 or Yubii Home gateway.

Currently, we handle sales directly. This allows us to provide full technical support at every stage of the process.

Step-by-Step Purchase Process

1. Prepare your order details according to the template below:

2. Send your prepared order to icas.automation@gmail.com.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with payment details.

4. Once the payment is cleared, we will activate your license, and the system will automatically fetch its updated status to your hub.

How to Find Your HC3 Serial Number?

The serial number is required to place an order. You can find it in two places:

1. In the Fibaro Panel: Log in to your Fibaro HC3 gateway and go to Settings, then General. You will find the serial number in the Gateway Information section. The format looks like: HC3-00001234.
2. On the Device Casing: The number is printed on the rating plate on the bottom of the device.

Important Information

1. Lifetime License: You are purchasing a perpetual license tied to your selected HC3 gateway.

2. Unlimited Instances: A single license assigned to your HC3 gateway allows you to run unlimited instances of the QuickApp. You can control any number of devices in your home at no extra cost.

3. Access to Updates: Using your purchased license, you can update the software at any time. You can seamlessly download the latest module versions from our official website and install them yourself, without needing to contact us.

4. Processing Time: We typically activate licenses within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
